Yep its pretty accurate providing you use it on a totally flat surface. I've only ever had one difference on it in 2 years and thats because I used it in a different room with a carpet instead of the usual wooden floor

Organised my online food shopping including lots of fruit and veg and avoided the crisps and sweets. If its not in my house I can't eat it

Definitely both, I have to feel the motivation for myself first but find that the support I get keeps me going when I feel like quitting and on here I find myself looking at other users exercises and thinking if they can do it then so can I

I have the scrambled eggs muffins almost everry day for breakfast, im addicted. For the mains i really enjoyed the lamb tangine. I'm also substituing some of the cooking oils for frylite where i can

I often pre cook a chicken or chicken fillets and shred it then put it in the fridge and can then use it the next day for wraps, adding to omlettes, making a quick salad etc I use the slow cooker alot too, chuck everything in the morning and its ready for evening meal. Can also make a batch of veggie soup and freeze it…
