continue with level 2 or go back t the start?
Hope someone can me help with this please. Been doing 30 DS and got to day 6 of level 2. Then i had to take a couple of days break due to going in for an small operation and now I'm not sure whether to start back right from day one level one or to pick up where I left off? or should I just do a couple of days of level one…
