Did you eat more salty snacks and items than you normally do? Probably doesn't explain all of the change, but it could be a significant portion of it if your retaining a lot of water.

Try grilling some every now and then.

My advice is to stop getting on the scale every day. Weight loss (and gain) is a long term deal, not daily. Stick to a long term plan and don't put yourself through the roller coaster of daily weigh ins.
