You could have easily lost that in water weight.......

If its a slice approx 2 to 3 oz I would deduct 60 - 70 calories.

I eat my excersize calories. I've lost 84 lbs. I say others may be losing weight however how long will it stay off is the correct question! You do what you think you need to do!

I did weight watchers. I lost 45 lbs and regained every darn bit of it back and then some! WW doesnt teach you to have new behaviors. They teach you how to eat differently. You lose your weight but didnt gain any knowledge on why you over ate.... yadda yadda yadda. Save your money. Count your calories. Watch your portions.…

I wish I could be like that. I have approx 3 lbs to get to my 1st goal weight of 135 and then 10 lbs to get to my pre pregnancy weight. I admit it that I am a scale junkie~! I wont throw mine out. But once I hit my goal, I may calm down to once a week and then maybe once a month and see how I maintain!

I walk on the treadmill daily ...... at a 3.8 to a 4.1 pace on a 8.5 % incline for approx 30 to 35 minutes and burn 300 - 350 calories. So I think the 500 calories you are burning is very accurate. Hope it helps!
