I do stronglifts and on my lifting dsys I try to not to do any intense cardio. I find it fatigues the legs and ruins my squats. I do a brisk walk beforehand to warm my knees up if I have time.

I also do the strong lifts 5x5 program. I would really recommend looking at YouTube videos and practicing with an empty bar until your form is correct, I spent a lot of time on my squat form and i think i finally have it! Get that arss to the grass lol

I can really recommend the stronglifts 5x5 program, it great and uses compound lifts that work your whole body. It has an app that makes it really easy to track your reps and there are a lot of videos around to help you with your form

Yes, they recommend that you log all of your exercise as normal through MFP and it will sync with fitbit.

I'm pretty new at it. I don't have a personal best because I'm doing stronglifts 5x5 so I'm just adding progressively heavier weight each time. My last was 80kg which is about 176 lb.

I swim a lot so I don't bother taking mine off. I've had no problems, I just enter the start and finish time in MFP and it sorts it out.

Log it all, I do! My friends don't judge me! You are only hurting yourself by not logging properly. Keep your chin up and remember tomorrow is a whole new day with a clean slate. Also I tend to look at my calories over the entire week and not focus so intently on each day.

As heavy as I can twice a week.

I just eat smaller portions, like a snack sized mars bar or I measure out 25g of my favourite potato chips, or if i want icecream I weigh that too and add it. As long as it fits in with my calories for the day and doesnt throw my macros off, I will have it.

I was pitching forward until I took my shoes off and squatted barefoot, the improvement in my form has been great.

I found that googling and watching videos of each lift helped a lot. A lot of them have great tips on form.
