Oh and I forgot to say I dont take any meds at all.. Advil rarely. Gummi vites are all the meds I take daily.

Nope unless you count thanksgiving... been on MFP since April.. why delay your progress? Work those extra calories into your daily goal... eat light before or work it off BEFORE you eat it.. cause you know you wont want to work out after!!

Used to daily, drove me nuts.. went to once a week for a long while however my weightloss is slow since I'm almost to goal so once every 2 weeks but it needs to be once a month. Just pick one day a week, same time, same type clothes... mines nakey in the morning after the bathroom :-)

I'm not on a diet. I doing the whole lifestyle change. I've been doing MFP since April. It's taught me how much I need to eat to lose and maintain. I eat the calories I need to live/ exercise for health and toning. I'm almost at goal. There are no quick fixes.

I go for the experience. The craziness and anticipation builds up until the exact minute the store opens. Love it!! I pick out one or two key items and go for it. I have always gotten what I've went after so score! LOL I'm just not as excited this year or determined... maybe because my kids Christmas has already arrived…

Normal breakfast in the morning = Coffee Lunch is our meal at my brother's house= eating everything I want in smaller portions! Dinner- back at my house to normality. Exercise= walk like normal. Good day with a delish meal in the middle!! Yummo!

Nope.. i go over sometimes by 100 cal or so but it doesnt affect my weightloss. If I know I'm having a big meal I allow for it in my calorie goal or "earn" it with exercise.

Can of pure pumpkin mixed with a box of chocolate cake mix. Bake as directed. Yummy moist muffins and a serving of veggies!!! Beware these are delish! My kids love them too!

I wore it at a haunted house I worked at... covered in fake blood. I was a kickass dead bride in the casket... don't be alarmed this was AFTER the divorce LOL. The second dress??? Well it's hanging in the closet, its a white summer dress that is good for lots of events!

Couldn't tan at all when I was younger, now I can knock the casper off in the summer.. (with using sunblock of course!) I learned to love my freckles---- hell I paid for them and the red hair as a kid! Damn meanass "friends" :-)
