When are you starting? I think I'm on the fence right now. I think once I start getting used to fewer calories and get my eating habits under control, then I might actually be able to complete that type of challenge. I think if I would start now, I would just FAIL miserably. GL! Danielle

Wow!! That is awesome. I am waiting to do my weigh in until it's been a whole week of working out. I didn't do so well on my diet for the first couple days, so we will see. I did it! Thank goodness for my DH cause he is doing it with me now. It is a little cramped at my mom's house, but I was able to do the workout. Today was my DH's first day and as we were leaving...wow my legs are sore. 30DS is a good workout! I crashed again on the bicycle crunches....hopefully I will be able to make it…

I love our vibrating chair too. I wish I would have had one with my DS. I think we just held him for the first 6 months of his life. haha!! Glad you were able to get your workout in everyone!!!

I shredded and it actually wasn't too bad. I'm having a hard time walking up and down the stairs, but I think working out has helped. I sort of crashed on the bicycle crunches, but I'll get there! Work is closed due to the snow storm so all the running around for nothing, but at least I can rest today!!! Danielle

Ok I finally shredded! I know I'm going to be sore tomorrow. I am still following Anita and I decided to use weights today. Yes, no rest days for this challenge. I think if you feel you need a rest, just take it a little easy during the workout. By working out everyday it shows you that you can do it and it jump starts…

Last year when I did this I had a heart rate monitor chest strap with a watch and I burned 200 calories. My note to self is to make sure to go pee and have an empty bladder before working out. Hopefully I don't have a weak bladder my whole life. Danielle

I did it!!!!! I didn't use weights and Anita was my best friend. Haha Is it sad that chest flies without weights was my favorite part of the workout. I'm going to celebrate when I can touch my toes at the end of the workout for the stretches! Danielle

Even if you half *kitten* the workout, by just doing it every day you will notice a difference. I did this challenge with a group last year and once I was done some of us went on to do a 30 day ripped challenge and some did insanity challenge.
