I'm not sure exactly what workout you are doing today? I wanted to do the same. I won't be able to work out a lunch time, but I'm planning on working out afterwork.

Focus T25 Day 7
So today I did Focus T25 Lower body. Which workout did you do today? If any? I want to match whatever workout you are doing tomorrow? My legs are killing me. I always feel so much more better after a workout. It's hard finding the motivation to actually do it, but once its over I'm always so glad I did it.

Focus T25 Day 3
Holy Cow---Day 1 and Day 2 were a breezed compared to today. Yikes! I was struggling to keep up today. But, I didn't give up so that is all that matters. I'm feeling really good. Work is so busy and usually I would just make an excuse to not workout because of how busy I have been, but NO MORE EXCUSES! I made time!!

I just finished Day 2 workout!! I work so I'm doing this on my lunch break. My hair is such a mess now because I sweated so much. Glad I did it. I feel so good now. GL working out today!

Ok, after take a bit of a break I finally started T25 today. I LOVE it! It is a 25 minute great workout. You can easily do modifcations so that was great. Sorry I've been MIA. My DD was really sick, then yesterday my DS and I were both sick with the stomach virus that my DD had. It was so horrible. Today we both are feeling better, but I'm weak from not eating yesterday. So tomorrow I will get back on the wagon and start working out. I feel horrible I've missed so many days.

It's shocking how fast calories add up! What's a good breakfast? I was thinking high protein low calories- maybe a protein bar.
