  • Well I was home with my DD. She went to daycare on Tuesday and only at 3 oz the whole day and spit up twice. So she isn't holding down formula well. So we are keeping her home all week.   • Yeah! I was able to shred! I did level 3! My legs are going to be killing me. My pants are starting to be big on me. So I'm about to drop a dress size. I still have a ways to go, but one dress size at a time.

  • Julie, I'm glad you had some fun for St. Patty's Day! I'm in some need of some adult time for sure! I shredded earlier today. Sometimes I completely dread working out and then other times I'm excited. I wish I could be more motivated to do it.

  • Done! I was nervous I wasn't going to be able to workout at lunch today, but I was able to. I'm on a roll with working out. I think its starting to feel like a routine for me, which is great.

  • wow! thanks for sharing maybe over the weekend I might try to make these. Right now my big thing is a breakfast burrito: tortilla, eggs, turkey bacon, tomato, spinach and half a slice of cheese. It is so good and low on calories.
  • DONE!! I'm feel a little unmotivated. I was dreading the workout today. I hate when I feel like that. Hopefully tomorrow I feel a little more motivated. I don't want to fall off the wagon.   • It is hard and you aren't alone. Try to give yourself some slack because it takes time to get used to lower calories and eventually your stomach won't need more food. It's hard though.   • I shredded!!! I'm feeling better today. DH took over the whole night last night so I got a full nights uninterrupted sleep. It felt so great. I forgot what that was like. I can't believe only one more day left until we move on to level 2. I'm so happy to have you girls...I won't have made it this long without you!!!
