Something to consider is that once your body loses alot of weight...it needs time to adjust. My daughter was an inspiration to me when she lost 40 lbs to enter into the Air Force. I "know" what I am supposed to do to lose weight... just am not as diciplined as I need to be. Evidently, I did well as a "coach" as she lost…
