log your meals, even if they are fast food. you'll see your actual intake, and you'll want to do better. plan for tomorrow by making changes today. i agree with dls06, clear the junk, and you'll get back in there. shake it off, you got this girl! coming here and asking for help is the first step, we're here for you!

i don't really know for sure, but seriously, broth isn't highly caloric, so i'd say 230 is a good estimate.

1 cup in the morning with 2 spoons of stevia, and fat free half'n'half OR if i feel like splurging with the calories i'll use a flavored creamer. On weekends i'll have 2 cups.

I have only lost 4 lbs, but that's great! I'm excited about it! This should be a slow process, so stick with it! 4lbs lost is better than a 1 lb gain right?!

I think it depends on what capacity you are using the cheese. Honestly, i only use the low-fat cheese if it is in a recipe. If I am eating as a snack, I enjoy my regular cheese. It's accounted for in my calories, so I think it's ok, especially if it is something you enjoy.

i effing love this site! I have made Rollatini stuffed with zucchini, Chicken Santa fe, Pumpkin turkey chili, enchiladas, etc etc etc. Everything has turned out wonderful, and most of the recipes are pretty easy.

when i played rugby, i used deodorant. sounds silly, but it worked. that or vaseline or powder. they do make an anti-chaif ointment that you can find at a drug store, but honestly, deodorant does the trick too.

my job does a biggest loser challenge every semester, we also have free gym privileges and a discount trainer option. they also have groups that organize walking or jogging during lunch hours every friday
