You can lower the sugar count in your smoothie buy using different fruits (berries) or adding veggies (like spinach). Do you consider oatmeal cereal?

i'd go with pasties. the stick-on bras suck! I got one, and it made my boobs look SOOOOO weird. not to mention it really doesn't provide any support, so if that's what you are looking for, total waste of money in that aspect as well.

This happened to me just this morning! AND I won't be eating lunch either, so I figured get something that will keep me full long enough, and then have super healthy meal for dinner to finish up my calories for the day.

well, i tend not to eat as much real food because i know of the cost of calories. also, i just generally don't feel the greatest after drinking. so i guess both. it's just SO hard because my social circle really is surrounded by alcohol all the time, and i have SUCH a hard time saying no.

i like to eat most of my calories during breakfast and lunch and snacks, and whatever is left i use for dinner. i have really long days, and sometimes don't get to dinner till 10:30pm.
