  • I think it depends on the person. I personally do eat breakfast. I need that hit of protein in the am or I get hungry. I don't eat a huge breakfast every day or anything, but if I don't I have been known to get shaky and irritable when I don't eat. So do what your body says to do I guess.

  • Sorry I missed the question but as others have said I use ALmond Flour and Coconut flour. THere are some really good reciepies on the internet. Paleomg has some good ones, just do some searching of various paelo sites, almost all them have some great reciepies.

  • I can't touch the stuff, all artificial sweetners make me sick...Stevia causes me to have horrible stomach cramps among other unpleasantness....but then again I don't drink coffee either.....so do what you have to do. But I am with the others, I avoid sugars artifical or otherwise anytime I can.

  • I am allergic to milk and I suspect soy. I also cannot eat any artificial sweeteners, they cause serious digestive issues for me. Milk causes my skin to break out among other things.   • Hi welcome to the group. I have IBS, dairy allergy and arthritis. I started eating paleo as a way to be dairy free and I am amazed at how much better I feel. It can be challenging at times but it gets easier as you do it.

  • Hey I run track with my son and boyfriend four times a week. We run about half an hour right now, which hopefully by the end of May will be a good solid 5K. Next year I am aiming to do a 10 K....not sure if I am really to even consider marathons, but I do enjoy a good run!
