On everything! I use it for baking my primal protein bread to make it moist. I use it instead of sour cream. It's great with some fresh berries and a little honey too. There are endless possibilities!

Anyone tried this with a nut flour before? I am grain free but would love to find a tortilla alternative that I can eat. Seriously miss fish tacos!

Four more weeks until my brothers wedding week which includes a boating trip at Tahoe. There is no way I am going to be bathingsuit ready by then but I am determined to do what I can. Goal for this week is 2 more run days and some serious gardening on Sunday. Let's hope the wedding I am attending on Saturday does't derail…

This is so true! I always end up getting super munchy when the buzz comes on. One of my favorite places has Monte Cristo Sandwich and its the only thing I want when I am drinking. Bad bad bad because its over 1000 calories without the fries and ranch dressing.

The next few weeks are going to seriously test my conviction! I will be under mega stress and staying in a hotel all next week. I am trying to keep positive and focus on good things like a free gym and pool while we are in the hotel but I have the hardest time when I am away from my kitchen so we will see how that goes!…

Personally I think the default macro settings are ridiculous! Way too many carbs, not enough protein or fat. I try to keep my carbs around 30 g daily unless I do more exercise than usual and even then I try my best to keep under 100. Running has changed my calves so much! I use an exercise ball squeezed between my thighs and lay on my back. I lift my legs at the hip keeping my back flat. Seriousl works your core and inner thighs.

I would tell myself to love my curvey 124 lb body and no fat free crash diets because you will regret what they do to your metabolism at 30! Don't get married until you are 27 and stay far far away from that military guy you meet at 21!

If you take out grains and refined sugar for a week or two completely you wont even want them anymore! Lemon juice and a little honey is yummy or fresh blueberries or strawberries. I make a grain free granola and throw it on top. Oh or ranch dressing powder mix and dip carrots in it!

Hated it! It made my throat feel like it was closing up and made nothing taste good. Not worth living that way in my opinion!

You are kidding right? Nutrients totally matter! If you put 1200 calories of crap in your body that is about all your body will do with it. If you put 1200 calories of lean protien, veggies, and fruit with out chemicals infused you will have a lean fighting machine ready to battle the day and not be growing disease.
