I feel better, my clothes are looser. But my trainer and nutritionist and doctor are dumbfounded. Even at the Doctor's office it was the SAME. I started laughing it was so ridiculous. I was having a moment of losing motivation - now I am back thanks to the responses. So a half mile swim, and 5k on top of my boot camp…

She has unhealthy habits. she cannot sustain that lifestyle. And peanut m&ms for breakfast. Stupid. You may need to make a decision about what kind of friends you want to surround yourself with. She is unhealthy and her mind is not functioning well - no wonder since there is no nutrition.

Personally I found that walking at a brisk 4.0 pace works great. No injuries. But also need to couple it with strength training - for me that is my boot camp. That's when the inches started to melt away...

I am 5'11.5. I used to weigh 129-135. Then went up t a more normal 145-150 for years. My current yuck weight is 222. I am large framed. Work out everyday - boot camp, 5ks, 10ks. I have only lost 20 pounds but have lost 20 inches. I don't pay much attention to BMI as my muscles are back. I eat to a net 1200. My goal is 155.…

I watched a documentary yesterday - America the Beautiful 2. I t had some very interesting information and was presented in a thought provoking fashion. Arnold Schwarzeneggar (spelling) has a BMI of 38.... He may have cheated on his wife but he is not obese. I recommend it.
