If it is the cardio one I log it as low impact aerobics the others could be circuit training

I will have the same outcome and in the past I have had too much focus on it and it caused me to quit. Everything I have read says you can't correct the stomach without cardio cardio cardio so I guess I will see I have about 23 lbs to go .... and I am not quitting this time !

Someone may have already said it - but if you add 2 egg whites it makes them not as dense and more like normal fluffy cake.

That is amazing - Thanks for sharing - I read an article and it said for skin to bounce back it can take up to 2 yrs. I am also going to have to deal with that. I bet your health has changed dramatically !!! So proud for you !

I am cold natured to start with so hasn't changed for me - but my hubby is hot natured and he has been complaining he is cold .... we said no more insulation too ! LOL

Do you use a heart monitor ? That is the only way to get an accurate reading .... using the machine info is just a estimate based on time and resistance.

I actually met a previous contestant from last season a few weeks ago - they work out hard for approx 3 hrs and then are just active the rest of the time (walks and other cardio). The have a certain burn to achieve everyday. They also have a rest day and a spike day. They actually told me it was out of the ordinary for Bob…

I eat on a pretty consistent schedule but come 8-9 pm and I am still hungry (and water doesn't help) I eat anyways ...... it seems to work for me

Same here - I have lost 9 lbs and my hubby lost 20lbs and everyone has noticed him and no one outside of my support group(aka family) has said anything about me ...... but on the other hand I am doing this for me and I see a change not big but a change - Chin Up you are doing great 20 lbs is an awesome accomplishment !!!!

I am 5'3 SW 171 and over the past 4 weeks I lost 8.6 lbs which I am happy with but I have to admit having like 4.5 lbs gone the first week was awesome but it drastically slowed down but they say it is better to lose it slower - my goal is 36 lbs in 36 weeks
