  • I have the FitBit and I love it. It is a god step counter. It counts calories but I am not sure how accurate it is. I am looking into getting a Polar HRM soon. I love the FitBit for when I go running. It helps me make sure I get my 10,000 steps a day in.

  • Hi Joni. My name is Fancy. I am new to this group as well. I am not however new to working out or MFP. I would love for us to chat here in reference to BGWT and other fitness topics. I will add you now. How long have you been doing BGWT?
  • I've been doing BGWT off and on for about 2 months now. In addition to that I still do Zumba occasionally and I walk/jog as well as do the ab and squat challenges. I need to find the Albolene challenge. I love that stuff. It makes me sweat like crazy.
  • 1. I started drinking my water early so I can finish it 2. I worked out this morning although I was sleepy as hell 3. I ate a healthy, homemade breakfast
  • Hi Renee428. Can you tell me where I can read more on carb cycling. I am a forme Atkins girl. I followed it to a T when I first started but then needed fruit so I had to modify it to fit me. I love the success I saw from it. I have convinced my sister to join me in the low carb lifestyle. I'd like to hear more about carb…
  • LOL. . .I have been called big boned too many times to remember and it really annoys me!!! My response is, "I don't have bones in my stomach!" Some people are naturally big-boned, but that is no excuse to be fat.
  • I used to be able to eat a foot long tuna sub, chips and a soda from Subway. Now, I can barely finish a 6" sub. It amazed me the first time I couldn't finish the sub. I had gotten so used to just eating the whole thing that it had become the norm for me.
  • I've tried the body wraps and you lose inches which is mainly fluid. It does leave your skin feeling nice and smooth tho. I will say that they work best when combined with eating healthy and working out. It is definitely a gimmick that they want to people to believe works. Its sad that people actually fall for it and spend…
