I would suggest either Stronglifts of New Rules or Lifting for Women. There is no 'in shape enough to start heavy lifting'. As long as there are no medical reasons you can't lift, you are in good enough shape to lift heavy. Just keep in mind that heavy is relative. What's heavy for one person is going to be different from…

So, as my weight hasn't changed in a few months, I burnt the same number of calories on the treadmill this morning running 10km/hr as I did 3 months ago running the same 10km/hr?
-
My daily goal is 120g.

My HRM knows my age, weight, height and gender. The treadmill asks only for my weight and age. They both use the same heart rate (the treadmill takes the data from my Polar unit) and, invariably, the treadmill calculates 10-20% fewer calories. Because the treadmill uses fewer variables, I go with the reading from my HRM.

It depends on whether you just want to look good in your clothes or you want to look good out of them too.

I don't like people so I'm generally against it.
-
I wear a Fitbit, so pretty much all of it.
-
I start out wearing running tights, a compression shirt, a long-sleeved wicking shirt, my jacket, hat, gloves and buff. Yes, I'm cold. The hat, buff and gloves are tucked into my pockets pretty early into the run. I hate having things flap around me while I'm running so I don't like the whole tying my jacket around my…

I find that wearing a fleece buff over my mouth helps. Usually, by the end of my run, I'm stripped down considerably, but the first few minutes are brutal.

A McDonald's cheeseburger is only 300 calories. Yes, it's 300 calories of crap, but it's not going to kill you.
-
The problem is, this isn't an exact science - everybody brings a different set of variables to the table. Before I started lifting heavy, I only weighed myself once a month at the same time in my cycle because I could put on up to 5lbs of water weight around my period. Now, I don't really weigh myself at all because the…

Thirty minutes to an hour is all I really need.

A compression shirt works wonders. Egads - If I had testicles, they would have just crawled up into my body.
-
Yes you are! While it's difficult to gain muscle mass while losing weight, at least you can work to maintain the muscle you already have. It's never to early (or late) to start lifting! Oh, and feel free to add me!

Too few squat racks.

I never claimed that very young babies can sleep solidly through the night. But, at 6 months, most babies do not physically require middle of the night feedings. Even 'attached' my kids were by-and-large sleeping through at that age and, even when they weren't, the disruption to my sleep was minimal. My point was (and is)…

I don't know what your experience was like, but I lost less sleep when I co-slept, not more.
-
Lots of travel, yes, I've lived in other cultures, have two kids of my own and breastfed both of them over two years each. And I stand by my statement that most children are fully capable of self-soothing and sleeping through the night at 6 months. And I think that your lack of sleep is making you a bit cranky.…
-
Years of sleep deprivation due to a child awakening during the night is not the norm in most cultures. In fact, it's very much isolated to ours. BTW, while you have your face in your palm, you might want to try catching a few ZZZZZ. Sounds like you need it.
-
Using evolution as an argument against sleep is specious. Most children who are older than 6 months are capable of sleeping through the night. Whether they do or not has a lot to do with parenting style - something that has changed significantly in the last 50 years or so. Not a long enough time to have any effect on our…

Of course you can lose weight without any exercise at all. The real question is, once the weight is off, how happy are you going to be with your body?
-
I eat breakfast because I'm hungry (which also happens to be the reason I eat lunch and dinner).
-
Don't quote me but 150 calories for a 1/2 hr run seems a bit low.
-
Right after work and on weekends. I make exercise a priority, but never a higher priority than sleep.
-
No. I guarantee that, with either one of them, you will be able to bump up the intensity to a point where you will feel like passing out.
-
You don't have much more to lose, so I would concentrate on gaining muscle. Eat at a small deficit, watch your protein intake, and the fat will take care of itself.
-
Because your arms and or chest are not strong enough? If you can't do them on the floor, start at an angle (with your hands on a counter or bench) and work your way down as you get stronger.
-
Yes, you alternate the A & B workouts with a rest day in between each workout.

BEETS!
