to the point that I'm having issues upping the weight for deadlifts/squats/lunges because I'm unable to hold the weights. Has anyone else had this issue? What's the solution?
And the DOMS is KILLING me! I parked on the first level of my parking garage just so that I wouldn't have to navigate stairs. :laugh: Any way to relieve the muscle pain besides time?
