My legs are that much stronger than my arms

to the point that I'm having issues upping the weight for deadlifts/squats/lunges because I'm unable to hold the weights.

Has anyone else had this issue? What's the solution?

    Use the Search feature of the forum and search for "grip strength". Lots of good ideas.

    Your grip will get stronger with time.

    I agree, your grip will get better with time. For squats and lunges you can use the bar and you will not have to hold the weight. For deads use the mixed grip-one hand under one hand over.
