I lost 23 pounds on JMBR and graduated the program. I started out slow as well as muscle was taking over my body. Hang in there.

I'm going to start another 90 day program when I graduate from JMBR in 6 more workouts!! 90supreme... I don't think I'll like it more than jillian, but we shall see. I'm hoping she comes out with another one.

I'm 5'10" and my high was 186 and my low was 145. I'm currently 166. My goal is 155.

Yesterday and today I was suppose to finish JMBR #9 and#10, but I'm sick so I can't. I wonder how hard it's going to be when I feel better and start working out again? I was 2 weeks and 2 says from finishing the program and being a graduate. So sad!!! On another note, I lost 3 pounds from being sick and not working out?…

I'm over 40 and I finish phase 2 in two days. I love it! I'm an ex athlete with bad knees. I've lost 14 pounds and two sizes so far.

What about the girl that smiles all the time. Blond... It used to bother me the constant smiling, but it doesn't anymore. I wonder if Lana is suppose to be doing that (just going through the motions) so some people feel like they r doing better than her? I mean her stomach is ripped. She can't really be a slacker, can she?

I'm 5'10 and weigh 173.6 as of today. I was 186 at the start of the summer. I want to weigh 150, I think. I definitely want to be between 155-165.

I'm halfway through phase 1. I'm gaining muscle like the rest of you and improving my cardio condition. The scale isn't going down either, but I'm ok with that for now as I can tell I getting in shape. I'm struggling with the diet. I'm starving and want pizza buffet. Thanks! I hoping my middle shrinks thanks for the encouragement. Geez, it's harder after 40. I'll keep everyone posted. My body is changing as my husband says I already look better than I have in years.
