i dont get that.... it asks for current max and desired max.... current max 405 Desired max 600 week 1 1 set at 2 reps of 450 ... lol If my max atm is 405 how the hell am i pulling 2 for 450.

Eh... i didnt read that yet... But going by experience... The only way to gain muscle is by Hard work, persistence, determination to achieve and dedication... there is no easy way except a needle. And even the needle needs work to get muscle gains.

I had similiar results... Unfornately back in january i entered a constest at my gym for 8 weeks, lost too much too fast and suffered too much LBM loss... Its taken me from March to now to regain my strength and most of my LBM back... I even won first place in my Age division and gender...But I will never do that again...…

Agree MFP sets it way to low.... You can change it easily.... From Home Page of MFP > Click on Goals> then Click on Change Goals > then Click on custom and continue. If your ticker is set right and you want to loe 127lbs. I personally would set Protein at 40% carbs and fat at 30% each.
