I don't doubt for one minute that he was consuming 6k calories a day! He needed to bulk up for wolverine, he worked long hours everyday and did most of his own stunts, then ontop of that he worked out! I'd speculate he easily burned 4-5k a day! I think of it this way.... If you did it regularly and got fat, then tracking it now to give yourself more calories to eat wont help you get thin. In other words, i have an active job, i dont count the calories i burn during my workday because i gained weight and still worked. If i go for a 10,20,30 min walk outside of my…

There is Soy in alot of things we eat and drink... From my understanding. Women fear the possible issues with pregnancy. If this is your concern, and you drink protein shakes, then steer away from any soy based. The amount you get from food and drinks from regular food isn't likely to harm you.
