It's a great program. I did it during my maternity leave. Google Couch to 5k. It'll usually take you to coolrunning.com They have a printable schedule that helps you gradually increase your running.

Yeah... get one of the Jillian Michaels dvd's. She incorporates weight training with getting your heart rate up. Awesome

veggies, veggies veggies. I keep an apple, a banana and a package of carrots with me for snacks every day... and a side salad with whatever I eat for lunch. It'll help fill you up without using many of your calories.
