I started doing kettlebells about 2 months ago and I love it, doing the workout with a class has made such a difference to my bodyshape, and a 1 hour session burns loads of calories defo advise you give them a go

I'm a weekend drinker and have changed my tipple from wine to vodka and tonic much less calories however you do get drunk quicker some would say win win situation!
