I have been on before but have never stuck with it. I am 56 going through menopause and at my Dr visit last month have passed 200 lbs. I am determined to get some weight off and really not diet just change my lifestyle to get healthy. I am tracking what I eat and exercising but could use some friends to get healthy with.

stacked wood and cleared brush for 45 minutes. Great to be outdoors cold but invigorating!
