Try switching the lager for vodka with low calorie mixer? Thats what I did instead of drinking cider and the calories are way less :)

I've lost 21lb and not gone down a dress size yet either, however my trousers are baggier around the thighs which is nice :)

I track everything! I find it really helps (even if I've had a bad day and gone way over my calorie allowance) to see how I have done for the week and where I need to improve. Started off in jan at 273, no idea if that is my heaviest, i've kept off the scales in the last 12 months (in total denial i think) Now decided its time to get rid of this weight once and for all. First weeks weigh in lost 7lb so feeling good and very motivated atm! :happy:
