Things that helped me: 1. Time (I know, I know it sucks!) but I was stuck for a good month but just waiting it out did work 2. Up-ing my protein, but I know since your my buddy that you are already good with that 3. Eating more, here and there (and of course with in reason) 4. Switching up the work outs

Just wanted to mention if you have netflix you can get most of Jillians videos on it. Great way to try them out and decide if they work for you.
