  • Hi, I don't think eating late puts weight on in itself, but when I eat late I definitely feel bloated and heavy in the morning. I had 2 weeks of weight loss followed by 2 weeks of nothing, despite sticking to my diet. Frustrating! I've heard that 1lb of fat is 3,500 calories. In other words to lose half a kilo in one week…
