I have 2 herniated discs and I still do high impact workouts such as kickboxing and step. My chiro said I should be oing any of that but what else can I do? I don't swim because I do not wear swim suits. Just start out slow and see how your body feels.

You mean you went from 399 to 321 right? I have the same problem. I went from a 14 to a 10 but still feel that I look no different. You weigh 120? If I weighed 120 I would be able o e anything I want! 120 is the perfect weight for me given my height 5'10

I was doing p90 X and insanity at the same time. I would alternate them.

I don't drink anymore but when I did it was always vodka tonic. Stay away fom toes fruity drinks.

About 5lbs of Reese's pieces. The next day I was feeling very fatigued and nauseous . It was very strange almost as if I had poisoned myself!!

I eat Ezekiel bread. Has 4.8 g of protein and 80 cal per slice. Because it is pretty thick I only eat one slice and it's satisfying.

I would recommend Forks over Knives. Its a real eye opener.

No I really wasn't following any diet at the aside from just monitoring what i ate. I wouldn't say that I was eating all that healthy then either. Should carbs compose more of your diet than protein?
