I can totally relate. I lost a lot of weight doing classes then I moved and gained maybe about 10lbs but then found a gym that had classes and maintained. Then I moved again and I gained all 65 lbs back. I just stopped working out and yes, its all my fault. Now I hate myself!

You should try finding another dentist that will get you in ASAP. An emergency should be seen quick not given an appt. If there is an infection you need antibiotics. I know there are dairy free sour creams. I also just learned that soaking cashews then simmering over low heat will create an awesome "cheese" sauce.

Lentils are definitely another food high in protein that you should try as well. Adding GARLIC to your beans will decrease the amount of bloating. well I'm almost dairy free. I still drink whey protein and occasionally eat cheese....when I eat pizza ! I did give up yogurt which I used to love.

Wow. How are you able to keep it that low? How many cals are you eating? I have tried to do low cal but always end up more than protein.

I usually have a protein shake. Obviously you don't want to eat anything to heavy before. You may have a bit of carbs before too.

I'm 5'9.5 and weigh 164.5. I don't think that is thin at all. I would like to get down to the 140s....or less.

Working out without a sports bra is to the best hing to do. I got mine at Target I thnk. It may have been Wlmart. I only buy ones with padded support to prevent movement of the 'girls'. :tongue:

I still haven't met my goal weight but I have dropped about 60 lbs since my heaviest in high school. I don't believe you'll be able to tighten up the loose skin especially if it's a significant amount. Skin looses elasticity and you cannot regain it back hence why it sags. I'm vegetarian. I use a lot of tofu, beans, and lentils. I don't ever get sick of the bean and lentil soups. I also eat a lot of veggie burgers. Can't go wrong with that.

Definitely healthy eating. I have no prob working out for hours (except that now I have back issues and need to bring it down a notch). I love food!

You may think otherwise when you look at the fat grams, sodium, and saturated fat. Most people just look at calories when you should pay attention to all the content.

I personally think there is some truth in this article. For example, being vegetarian......watch the documentary Forks over Knives and you will see what I mean. A vegetarian lives longer than one that eats meats.

The herniation is mild so I can still do thos wrkouts. I do modify them.

We are pretty close. He weighs 184 and i weigh 178. He seems to be losing the weight not me. :sad: I weighed myself this a.m and gained 1 lb!!! Every week he weighs himself he looses at least 2 lbs!

I love that stuff. I usually buy the sheets of seaweed. I eat it with steam rice with a drizzle of sesame oil. Good stuff. I also love the seaweed salad by itself.

Wow. People have eaten really gross stuff! The only thing I can think of that I ate long ago was a turtle egg. Never again!
