Woohoo!! Just finished my first day's workout! So excited. DVD was broken last two nights. Finally gave up and ran it on my computer an worked like a charm! Really happy to read all the success stories - we can do this!

Vespa, do you have children, by chance? I have found they can be annoying little reminders :) Seriously, they can be asked to remind you and will! Get your mom to call and bug you on the weekend. Ask a neighbor if she wants to walk on Saturdays or Sundays.

Hi Jasha! Tonight is boring, but my DD14 loves it: Big pile of lettuce, mandarin oranges, bbq shredded chicken breast and light ranch. Will probably have cottage cheese and pears with it.
