3 c-sect here. As other have said spot reducing won't really work but by all means work your muscles for better core strength maybe try some Pilates? It might be a lot more pounds before you see a change in the actual belly don't get discouraged it will eventually go down as well. Sorry you have so much pain I have never…

As someone else said baking powder will help rise, using all wheat flour will produce denser results though then all purpose white flour which isn't a bad thing just you won't get the same results.

Someone posted on another thread a "carrot cake oatmeal". Not sure if I did it the same or not .....just said I will have to try it but shredded carrots, raisins, vanilla, stevia for sweetner, cinnamon i did a few almond slivers as well. It was so good and all said and done 255 cals for a huge portion.

For me when I have done it in the past it seems to take a bit for my body to actually catch up to the weight loss. One day you will go to put those same pants on and it will be like WHOA! I will put some lime, orange, or lemon in my water makes it much easier to drink then just plain water to me... I also found if I drink it with a straw I drink much more water. No clue why!

You could toast the bread, stick cheese in and nuke for a few seconds to melt the cheese. or toast it in the oven with the cheese already in it. Not going to be the same but might fill the craving.
