What is an acceptable LBM loss while losing weight?
Start weight 220, 44% BF (figured out by a trainer at gym). Which means 96.8 pounds of fat 123 pounds of LBM. Correct? A month later weight 209, 42% BF (same method as above) which means 87.78 pounds of fat and 121.22 of LBM. So a loss of 9.02 lbs fat and 1.78 of LBM. Is that too much? Chia Seeds
After reading a few post here about them I am interested. One of my thoughts is that it would make a good thickener for soups and things like that and would be better then using cornstarch or flour. Does anyone use them for that with good results? Any tips for using them in that way?
