Yet again I am determined to lose weight and this time keep it off! At my heaviest I was 299 when I gave birth to my second child 9 years ago. I got down to 170 when she was three. After my third child now 3 I was back up to 240's and went down to 185 and now am back to 218 as of Monday.
I am a classic yo-yo and at 35 it is time to do it for good and to make changes to lose it and keep it off.
