I am in Week 2 of Phase 1. I did Workout 2 this morning. I am thinking I need to get heavier weights to use on the moves when she says to use the heaviest weights possible. I have 3lbs and 5lb dumbells but I think I want to get a set of 8lb and/or 10lb. I can't wait for the end of Phase 1 to see if I notice any changes in…

Day 2 for me also and I am feeling it, especially in my shoulders..... I am having a hard time sticking to 1200 cals....anyone else? Also, I have in my head that that is not enough to sustain the weight loss and that I should eat at least at a net of 1200 cals which would put be more in the 1350-1380 range.....anyone else?

I can burn up to that if I do multiple workouts. Last night I burned 505 during one TurboFire workout. That was with a HRM. If I do that and a run over the course of a day- I get pretty close to 1000

This happens to me also. Part of me feels like it's easier to remember NOT to ruin all my exercising by eating everything in sight on the days I workout....no science behind that....just a thought about myself.
