I am the opposite. I find it much harder to run on the treadmill than outside.....

What about the elliptical trainer? Much less impact than treadmill... Is there a trainer at the gym you can talk to? Good luck with recoverinig and finding workouts you can do!

I agree that Phase 1 was more simple. I know that Workout 6 kicked my butt yesterday. So glad to have a cardio day today

She offers both modified versions of the exercises for beginners and advanced versions for those who want it. I think it is worth a shot and remember you have to start somewhere. Thanks for sharing this! I was wondering about that. In the video she states that it's not about losnig 1-2 lbs a week but 5-6lbs a week...I just don't see how that is possible for someone like me. This makes me feel better, knowing she said to eat more if you have less to lose.

If given the choice off the kids menu at places my kids like to go, my youngest (3 almost 4)usually chooses the grilled chicken option and broccoli or grapes.
