    Hi!!!

    I had a great week with a three lb loss. I just started workouts 7 and 8 and I like them so far. I hope everyone else is going AWESOME as well!!! :-)

    I'm starting week 3 -- the scales haven't been that awesome, but I definitely notice more definition in my arms already, and my pants are looser. I'm going to tighten up my diet this week!

    Starting week 6 for me today. So far loving it... no significant weight loss for me. Will be measuring on Saturday... phase one didn't loose too many inches either... hoping for something this weekend!

    Starting Week 2, round 2 today.

    Did ok over the weekend--had baseball tournaments Sat. and Sun for eldest child--and was organized and packed food for lunches and snacks so ate reasonably well. It is the pizza for dinner that is hard for me.

    Did some extra yard work and painting my bedroom in the afternoon/evenings so am feeling sore today. Bleachers + Weeding != Happy Back.

    I didn't lose weight last week but ate too many chips and cheese & crackers and wine to really expect to lose anything.

    Good workout, curently using 5 & 8 weights but time to increase!
