Workout done! I did doubles today; shoulders and legs. This morning, I taught P90X and tonight, I'm back at it, teaching another class! Tomorrow I'm going to a kickboxing class! Welcome back! If you're thinking of doing two workouts, I would do your strength first. Especially if you're doing it with T25. I know for me personally, if I did T25 first, I'd be toast and not want to do anything after! lol

So, since I'm doing the Lean version this go around, today was Focus T25 Speed 1.0 cardio for me and let me tell you something......this workout is NO joke! So, here's the good news. You're moving on to Bulk! Bulk workouts are shorter and Bulk Legs (in my opinion) is much easier than Build! But that's me. It's those damn step ups to back lunges that get me in Build Legs!!! And then I'm sore for days! But, you're not the only one so don't worry; I don't think it's anything…

I love Bulk Chest! I love the flys because they target exactly where I need it! Don't be scared of Bulk Legs; in my opinion, it's easier than Build Legs! Get it girl!

Hey girls! Today was Bulk Back for me!!! Love that feeling of my back getting ripped! Had a 2 hour PT session with a very nice lady this afternoon and now just getting ready to go teach P90X! BeastLady: Are you referring to the super set in Build Legs? I think I was using 10lbs (ea hand), 12lbs, 15lbs; it's killer!!!

Evening ladies! Today called for Beast Cardio. But, I taught a 6:30am P90X class, followed by a 9:30am Turbo Kick class (lots of cardio!) and then another 5:30pm P90X class so all of that made up for Beast Cardio! Back to lifting tomorrow!
