  • Great program! But, you've gotta put in the work. Some think it's harsh on your knees and joints; it can be but you've got to land softly; toe, ball, heal and you'll be fine. I've done two rounds myself and am now a certified Insanity instructor! Love it!

  • Yeah!!!! I was scared at first too when I calculated my calories. I'm eating about 2000 cal per day. Trust in the program! That's all I can say. But, believe me, I get your feeling! Remember, it's not necessarily about losing weight, but losing body fat!
