I know how you feel about the calories; I was skeptical at first too but you have to trust the program. Maybe start 200-300 less then what it says and see how you feel after a week or so, if you need to add those in, you can.

Oooohhhh.........Build Legs!!! The first time I did that workout, I couldn't walk for like 3 days! LOL But now, I love it! I like Bulk Legs even better! My first round, I used all of the Body Beast supplements and really liked them. However, I learned that I still need to lean out a bit. Are you using supplements?

Well, even though I'm on phase 2 of Chalean Extreme, I've been doing Beast legs twice a week because I remember how good my booty and legs looked! So, I just got done with Build legs and Friday will be Bulk! This is in addition to my CE workout!

Don't give up! Modify where you need to and don't be afraid to take breaks as needed; don't try to keep up with anyone on the DVD's; do what you can do. I've done a few rounds and although I prefer weights, Insanity is a great program! Feel free to send me a friend request for support!
