i have a s4 and i LOVE it! I also have 2GB of data and I've never reached my quota. At home I use wifi when watching video or updating apps. At the gym I listen to internet radio using data from the plan. I maybe use 1 GB/ month.

I used to have a Blackberry and used Endomondo and obviously MFP. I can't remember any others that were available.

BodyBuilding.com's app is not too bad either. It's a bit clunky but if you're following one of their program (Ie LiveFit) you can import all the logs they have into your BodySpace calendar and log your workouts on there. That's a GREAT one! I use Fitocracy daily.. LOVE IT! I feel so beastly when I get 1000+ points for a workout or complete a quest.. I'm at level 24 now I think!

Endomondo.. like RunKeeper and the like but LOTS more activity choices (ie skiing, swimming, hiking, etc). ETA: baseline app is free, premium app is available for purchase. not sure of the price!

I live in MA too and while not in the Rt 4 area there are several people I see jogging every day and inspire the same sentiment. My personal inspiration is the guy who runs outside in the rain with an umbrella when it's raining.

cardio before lifting fatigues the muscles and can negatively impact your strength gains. so always do cardio after lifting. I eat about 1g of protein daily
