This, given that you are 5'1 and 116 with only a couple lbs to lose you're more realistic weight loss target should be half lb per week. Just because you tell MFP you want to lose 2lbs/week doesn't mean you should listen to it... Try finding your TDEE and go from there. I think you'll find you can eat A LOT more and lose…

Finally making progress, SLOW, but at least it's something in the right direction... my body doesn't lose like it used to it seems! Then again I haven't had to lose 8-10lbs in a LONG time. I'll hopefully get there before June lol!

Bulking is definitely hard, much harder than I thought it would be. I put my weight on REALLY quickly at the start and it seriously freaked me out. The first few weeks were definitely the hardest. It's really a mental game. It did seem to get easier though, I got used to being a sausage. I bulked for about 5 months and…

Way to go Leena!! So proud of you for sticking with it :) You did such a great job and I know what a struggle it was for you!
-
I personally bulked for about 5 months... I don't think I could have handled it any longer! None of my clothes fit me anymore and I was miserable. That said... I've been trying to cut for a month now and have been basically spinning my wheels. So, I'd keep in mind the weight loss bit after, it's HARD! Harder than I…

Not every country has a drinking age of 21... She lives in the UK where the drinking age is 18.. totally fine and legal for her to go out!

I would say a slight caloric deficit (TDEE-10% perhaps), 1g protein/lb of BW (muscles need it to grow!!), a heavy lifting routine (New Rules, Starting Strength, Strong Lifts), and a lot of patience/persistence. You can definitely do it!
