Since that's from nerdfitness it has to be good! I'd suggest watching a playlist of videos on Youtube or seeing if you can download a quickie at home DVD. I normally don't advocate them but something like T25 or Jillian Michaels might do the trick while you're stuck in a hotel room.

Nope, as long as it fits into your daily calorie allotment and you accurately log you'll be fine. I personally take my coffee brewed (2calories), with Truvia (0 calories), and 2tbsp of Coffeemate Sugar Free French Vanilla Creamer (30calories). Good luck!

I'm just going to echo the sentiment on Quest bars. I like them because they have 20g of protein and I can pronounce the names of the ingredients. They're also delicious!

I do as well. I liked how he part about the muscle loss epidemic. I wish more women would realize the importance of strength training especially as they get older. Not everyone has to 'lift heavy' however a strength/resistance training should be incorporated into every routine.

^^This I personally don't do isolated ab exercises more than once or twice a week (i do one exercise for abs when I do) but I do all compound workouts so there's not really a need to isolate everyday.

On 2000 cals/day and aiming for 30% I eat about 150g/daily. You are fine eating 110g. It won't do anything negative to your body. If you are interested in putting on muscle you should aim for .8-1g of protein per lb of bodyweight.
