I have the fit bit and another friend of mine. I LOVE IT!

I dont step on the scale anymore, i measure inches and go by how my clothes feel. Since then, I am actually making more progress. The scale made me crazy!!

I was always a yo yo weight loss story. I would lose it, then gain it back then lose it. I was always down/depressed and always blamed everyone for my moods. I finally said enoughs enough and took control of my health. Best decision I ever made!

I would check into that and look at the cost, there are so many other programs out there that are affordable and get the job done without extensive programs like that. Let me know, I have one you may like
