I add a couple drops of Mio. Or the tea bags as previously suggested. I just got a waterbottle with a "filter" I can put fruit in the filter and let it flavor the water- TJ MAXX around $6. Or Crytal Lite packets but really really diluted. Or slivers of fresh ginger and and an orange slice.

I am going to have a weekend affair. I've already picked out the hotel, the restaurant, and my gf has agreed to watch the kids. Weights. And I growl at people who even think about picking up my equipment. Luckily, at 5:30 am, very few people are at the gym and even fewer are using my weights. Plus if I am in the gym my mood is much better just by being there.

I work out alone except when I am trying to add jogging to my routine. I hate jogging but love the results so I add a buddy with the same pace. Otherwise, its 5:30 am and my social barometer is not turned on until after my shower.

I can't believe the time is almost up!!! While I didn't lose much except the same darn 3-4 lbs over and over- I didn't gain either. I joined Pinterest and made a couple of boards with figures I would like to acheive, sayings, found a couple of people to follow. When I start to get unmotivated I am going to keep trying that sight. It helped a lot this weekend (along with support from this group).

I had a pretty good week but the most telling part was staying on track this weekend. I usually spend m-f repenting for s/s. But this time no repenting necessary. I met yesterday's challenge to make my menus out. I have my lunched packed for MTW and Wednesday night I will prepare Th and Fri lunches.
