i too gained weight the fist week but lost an inch off my stomach sad i can't do todays day 9 workout i messed up my knees and have to stop for a bit

i lost an inch but gained 2nd lbs hoping its just muscle

i'm on day 8 love the workout but having a hard time i really hurt my knee so the jumping jacks are so painful

i gain almost 30 lbs with each pregnancy and my baby girl doesn't seem to wanna let me work out

i started last monday so don't feel bad i can't do the push ups or the jump rope and im sure it'll be a while before i make level 2 lol might be more then a 30 day shred for me

i don't think you need to worry its just a habit that your trying to break give it 3 days and you should feel better and it might help you to loss not trying to see every day what you weigh
