SCALE WITHDRAWLS!

Am I the only person that feels this way? Earlier this week I threw my scale away for two reasons. 1. It didnt work very well and 2. I was constantly getting on it. I weigh in every Sunday at my Centre. So technically I don't need it. But im really having withdrawls not knowing what I weigh when I want to know.

Any suggestions? Help? or should I be concern?

    i don't think you need to worry its just a habit that your trying to break give it 3 days and you should feel better and it might help you to loss not trying to see every day what you weigh

    It'll probably just take you some time to get used to not being able to weigh yourself whenever you get the inkling. Just try not to think of it, before you know it you'll forget all about it.
