TAKE CARE OF IT!!!! I didn't and ended up with a stress fracture that took 18weeks to heal. Many shin splints are caused by either pronation or supination of the foot. Have you checked to see if you may benefit from orthodics? It solved my problem.

I started with the book... the New Rules of Lifting For Women. It explains lifting and sets you up with routines and pics. It is not the be all, end all but certainly helped me get started. good Luck and I agree.... YOU LOOK FANTASTIC!!!!!

I try to eat 40-30-30. My carb choices are majority gluten free choices. I find this really helps my tummy. If I do go for a carb load, I pay for it the next day..... big time! Feel free to add me.

Losing weight takes awhile before you see the changes. I can tell you that doing yoga and lifting weights changed the shape of the body I have. People noticed a lot more once my shape began to look more solid and toned. A blend of healthy eating and exercise is key. Don't give up. We are all here and in this together. :)

I use Body by Vi and add a scoop of Rivalus Promasil (Canadian Product) Body by Vi has 90 cals and 12g of protein Rivalus has 90 cals and 20g of protein. It also boasts ZERO carbs! I mix the 2 with Blue Diamond unsweetened almond milk which has 2g carbs and only 40cals per cup. Awesome meal replacement with 32g of protein.…

I mix Body by Vi shake and EAS whey protein. I also invested in an electric mixer that comes apart and fits in my lunch bag.. I cannot tolerate a chunky shake (barfff!) Textbook! Contol is about isolation and alienation. Do some research. It only gets worse. Don't ever give up your friends or family for a guy/girl. Just my own opinion/experience speaking..... :)
