Like someone else mentioned, you modify by acting like you are jumping rope. They mention it in the video. It's basically where you can hop with like 75% of your weight on one foot, and 25% on the other for support and balance.

I'm pretty much an 'A' kinda guy. I prefer FR with a message, but don't require it. I pretty much only unfriend people who are inactive for 30 days or longer.

IMAX 3D for sure. But I will force myself to wait a few weeks for my peeps. We are all getting together for a LOTR trilogy before going to see Hobbit. Extended blu-ray versions of all of them.

In my humble opinion, losing weight is not the hard part. The hard part is finally coming to the realization that losing weight is not a goal, it's a result. So you're carrying a ten and a half pound bottle of fluid around with you? I would think it would look kinda dumb for me to carry a gallon jug of water everywhere I go, and that's smaller than what you're talking about.

@Mutant13 - That's some serious detail in your diary. And from what I can tell, it's pretty much all healthy eating. You're doing great on your protein intake, which is the most important macro (in my opinion). The only thing I don't see is adequate water intake. Maybe you're not actually logging it...?

What's worse is when you make it to the next size down, buy yourself a few pairs of slacks that fit, and only wear them a handful of times before you've passed that size up for the next smaller size again. What am I saying? I love this "problem"!!

Here's why I don't count tea and coffee... Water is just very good for your body, and in my opinion you can't get enough of it. So if I'm just logging the water I drink, and I focus on getting 10-16 cups per day, then any other water I get is just bonus (from food, coffee, tea, milk, etc).

I lost 8.6 pounds in August and 8.4 in September. Things have slowed down a little since then, but I think it's because my body is getting used to the nutrition and exercise habits.

43 years old. Member since January, but a die-hard since July. I've lost 43 and I have 17 pounds to go. I log religiously every day and I also read a lot about nutrition, macros, exercise, etc. I would be happy with more friends so feel free to send a friend request if you're interested.

I'll second the Body Fortress Whey Protein. I picked it up at Wal-Mart a couple of weeks ago when I changed my macros. It's relatively inexpensive, and I think it's yummy. I mix it with skim milk to give me even a little bit more protein.

I'm going to eat like I normally do. It will be a lot, and I will go over. It's a special occasion, and I am at peace with that. I've noticed the whoosh on at least 3 different occasions the last 4 months. I weigh everyday and graph all the results, so it's very obvious on my graphs. I count stairs in my head when I'm going up them, but not down. Sometimes I'll count my steps when I'm walking. I try not to step on cracks.

Every day and I keep a graph. I also keep a weekly graph from Tuesday mornings.

I beat it, but not by choice. I was actually looking forward to 2 fun size candy bars last night since we never have candy in the house, and I had the calories left. Unfortunately, we handed it out to all the little beggers, so there was none left for me. Oh well, there's always next year.
